Villa WV LED is a 3-bedroom villa located in Colombier and a short drive to several beaches and shopping, and a short walk from a French bakery and restaurant. This hillside property enjoys spectacular views. 

The living room opens to a terrace with a sofa and a small table with seating for 2 guests. The living area shares its space with an indoor dining area that comfortably seats 4 guests and a small, well-equipped kitchen. 

The two guest bedrooms are located in the main house, one has an ensuite bathroom, the other has a bath down the hall. The master bedroom is new and located in a separate bungalow with ensuite bathroom. All three bedrooms are air conditioned.

A wooden deck with loungers surrounds the pool. Located next to the pool is a gazebo that houses 2 sofas, a gas grill, and a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests. A short path from the house leads to a private lookout spot with a dramatic view. The house also has WiFi, high-speed Internet, and U.S. satellite TV. 

Villa WV LED comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
