Villa WV BRE is a 4-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa overlooks Gouverneur Beach in a peaceful and private setting. 

The large pool has a lovely curved shape with views of the ocean and hills. A surrounding deck provides teak chaise lounges and an outside dining area under a covered terrace. 

The well-equipped kitchen opens to the covered terrace. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the open plan living and indoor dining area. The living area opens to the covered terrace in front and courtyard in rear. Pale yellow walls, a large rattan sofa, and TV create an inviting atmosphere. 

The bedrooms are of similar style with wooden beds, and yellow and cream décor. The house also has WiFi, a code-locked safe, fax machine, and French satellite TV. This villa offers space and privacy in an idyllic setting. 

Villa WV BRE comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, age 8 and older unless traveling with a nanny.
