Villa Beverly, also known as WV BEV, is a classic traditional 4-bedroom villa located in Mont Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers plenty of privacy, and enjoys magnificent sunsets in summer and amazing views of the ocean and nearby islands. 

Several steps lead down to the entrance of this 1-level villa. A large living room, dining room, and spacious gourmet kitchen face the ocean, offering dramatic views. This space is airy with high ceilings, terracotta tile floors, and beautiful area rugs. 

The dining area seats 8 people at a glass table with comfortable chairs. A second dining table under the pergola features a partial view, while a spacious terrace with loungers surrounds the heated pool overlooking the ocean.

The large master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms and opens to a private terrace. Soft-colored fabrics and soft lights lend to a feeling of tranquility and serenity in this private and spacious suite. 

The 3 other bedrooms are next to each other at the back of the villa. Each of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and is tastefully decorated. The house also comes with WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, a fax machine, and U.S. satellite TV. 

Villa Beverly comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
