Villa WV VIA is a 3-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within a short walk of the beach, restaurants and shopping. This house overlooks the harbor, making it an ideal spot for watching boats. 

This villa is an old Swedish home from 1870, and was recently rebuilt in respect of the same architectural style and design. The island’s only doctor occupied the house from 1940 to 1960. 

The living room, which is located off the dining room, is furnished with comfortable sofas and opens to a separate, air-conditioned TV room and garden. The gourmet kitchen opens to the dining room, while a second dining area is located on the wraparound covered terrace and faces the harbor. 

The master bedroom is located off the living room and has a 4-poster, king-size Gaudalupian bed, beautiful dark wood floors, and an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have king-size beds. These bedrooms are located at the back of the house and share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. 

The large wraparound terrace provides an ideal setting for watching sunsets. The terrace offers teak furniture and opens to a side garden. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, an outdoor shower, French satellite TV, and a parking space for 1 vehicle. During the Bucket and Les Voiles sailing races, the villa rents for the holiday rate.

Villa WV VIA comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
