Villa Palm is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa in the Grand Cul de Sac, located only a short distance from hotels and restaurants. This villa is situated in the hills above the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon and tucked away at the end of a little road. Surrounded by stone walls and lush vegetation, Villa WV CBA enjoys partial views of the lagoon. 

The ultra-modern living room can fully open to enjoy ocean breezes or close for air conditioning. The living room offers comfortable furnishings and a large TV (ideal for entertaining). The open gourmet kitchen is well equipped and features a center island with seating.

The 2 bedrooms are situated on either side of the living room. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, French satellite and Apple TV, a dressing room, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a partial ocean view. 

The exterior features lounge space in both the sun and shade. A deck with loungers frames the heated swimming pool. In the far corner of the property is a gazebo, which has a kitchenette with a plancha (ideal for outdoor meals). Parking is available in front, while a garage is located underneath the house.
