Villa Les Sables is a 2-bedroom cottage located on St. Jean Beach within a short walk of the beach and shopping. 

The well-equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining area, which features comfortable furnishings and a small glass dining table. The living area opens to the terrace and ocean view. 

Each air-conditioned bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms open to a small terrace with additional lounge areas. 

A small terrace opens to the lawn and a path, which leads to the beach. The house also has WiFi, French satellite TV and shared use of tennis courts. 

This private and spacious cottage is located next to 2 other cottages with plenty of space between the properties. This villa requires a 7-night stay year-round and a 2-week stay during the Christmas and New Year period. During the Bucket or Les Voiles sailing races, the villa rents for the December holiday rate. 

The villa comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. This villa does not allow children
