Villa Kyody is a 2-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This hillside villa has lovely views of the ocean and a nearby island. 

This house has a South American style with arched doorways and windows. The large living room is in the center of the villa with a well-equipped galley kitchen and separate dining room. Doors open from the living room onto the sunning terrace and pool deck. The dining room opens onto a charming cobblestone back patio and wooden deck, which is nestled in the garden and furnished for outside dining. 

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and accessed via a hallway off the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with mosquito netting and an ensuite bathroom. Steps from the hallway lead up to the second bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. 

A wooden and stone deck surrounds the uniquely-shaped and hand-cut slate pool, which retains the warmth of the morning sun throughout the day and also faces the view. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays when there is a 14-night minimum stay. 

Villa Kyody comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
