Villa Eugenia is a classic Caribbean 1-bedroom villa located in Grand Cul de Sac within minutes of the beach and shopping. Nestled in a tropical garden, this villa offers beautiful ocean views from the deck.

The interior is spacious with a large living room elegantly decorated with art and antiques. At the back, a well-equipped kitchen opens onto an inside dining area and an interior patio, which is ideal for breakfast.

The living room opens onto the terrace, pool, and a large covered living and dining area. The terrace offers areas for relaxing, and a sundeck perched above the pool, which is perfect for sunbathing.

The air-conditioned master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom opens to the terrace and pool.

The house also has WiFi, mosquito nets, a gated entrance, and French satellite TV (with CNN and ESPN in English). Villa Eugenia comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. This villa does not allow children or pets.
