Villa Dahouet is a 1-bedroom cottage located on St. Jean Beach within a short walk of the beach and shopping. 

A well-equipped kitchen opens to the spacious living and dining area, which features comfortable furnishings and a dining table with seating for 4 guests. The living area opens to the terrace and ocean view through the palm trees. 

The air-conditioned bedroom, which is located on the upper level, has a king-size bed or twin beds and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom has sliding glass doors, which leads to the upper terrace with ocean view. 

A small terrace below opens to the lawn and a path, which leads to the beach. The cottage also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a fax machine, French satellite TV, and use of shared tennis courts. 

This private and spacious cottage is located next to 2 other cottages with plenty of space between the properties. This villa requires a 7-night stay year-round and a 2-week stay during the Christmas and New Year period. During the Bucket or Les Voiles sailing races, the villa rents for the December holiday rate. 

Villa WV RLD1 comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. Ask your reservations agent if this villa is suitable for young children.
