Villa Aquamarine is a 2-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This hillside villa offers exquisite views of the ocean and landscape. 

A breakfast bar separates the roomy, well-equipped kitchen from the living room, which opens via sliders onto a covered dining terrace, pool, and sun deck. The dining terrace with a teak table and chairs comfortably seats 6 guests. 

The master bedroom has a 4-poster king bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom also functions as the guest bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. A wraparound veranda is accessible from both bedrooms and leads to the pool terrace.

A deck with loungers surrounds the pool, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing or working poolside. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, beach chairs and a cooler, and satellite TV. 

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 8 and older.
