This stunning contemporary villa is set on magnificent Meads Bay, Anguilla.  The Beach House offers classic tropical living with an added note of luxury. From the pool terrace to the interiors, you will find this villa a remarkable experience, and ideal setting for a group holiday. 

There is a games room, bar and lounge area, home theater, and tennis court. You also have full access to water sports equipment and sun chairs on the beach. There are eight bedrooms in the villa, and they are divided between the upper and lower floors, with an eighth bedroom in a guest apartment. Each of the bedroom suites is a master suite with outdoor shower, king beds, and direct access to a terrace or patio. Some have private sitting rooms too.

The Beach House is a rare gem and an experience you will want to savor for yourself. The Rate Includes: Welcome drinks and food platter, Full Time Chef, Assistant Chef, Butler, Executive Concierge service, Estate Manager, Daily Maid Service, personal laundry, night security, Wifi, Satellite TV, Food and Beverage Staff ( 7 am to 11 pm), Paddle Boards, Kayaks, Row Boat and Snorkeling Gear. Food and Beverage will be charged at cost plus 15% service charge.  Outside services will be charged at cost plus 10 % service charge.
