Villa La Maison Rouge, also known as WV LMR, is a 3-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa overlooks the ocean and countryside. 

The décor is colorful inside and outside the house. The large, air-conditioned living room and gourmet kitchen, which is decorated in red tones, opens onto the large terrace and pool facing the view. A large bar with stools separates a small dining area with seating for 4 guests from the kitchen, which has a skylight that creates a bright and open space. 

Each air-conditioned bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. The master bedroom, which has turquoise décor, is located next to the living room and opens to the terrace and pool. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and indoor and outdoor shower, and a small private terrace. 

The second bedroom, which is decorated in green and purple, is located on the same level in a separate bungalow, and has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The third bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, is located on the lower level close to the heated Jacuzzi and opens onto a private terrace facing the view. 

The large terrace features a covered dining area with seating for 8 guests and lounge chairs surrounding the large, heated pool and nearby Jacuzzi. A lush tropical garden with palm trees adorns the grounds. The house also has WiFi, an American satellite, and French satellite TV. 

Villa WV LMR comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is not suitable for young children.
