Villa Cap Frehel is a 1-bedroom villa located on St. Jean Beach within a short walk of the beach and shopping. 

The well-equipped kitchen leads to the living room and dining area, which opens onto the small terrace and an ocean view through the palm trees. 

The air-conditioned bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom opens to a terrace with 2 loungers and an ocean view. 

Located on the lower level is a small terrace, which opens to the lawn and a path leading to the beach. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a fax machine, French satellite TV, and use of shared tennis courts. 

This private and spacious cottage is located next to 2 other cottages with plenty of room between the properties. This villa requires a 7-night stay year-round and a 2-week stay during the Christmas and New Year period. During the Bucket or Les Voiles sailing races, the villa rents for the December holiday rate. 

It comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. Ask a reservations agent if this villa is suitable for young children.
