Villa WV MBR is a 3-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa offers a wonderful view of the bay. 

The villa is on 2 levels under the same roof. On the main floor, the air-conditioned living and dining room opens onto the terrace, facing the view and leading to the pool area on the right. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is at the back of the living room. 

Next door, the air-conditioned master bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom opens onto the terrace with view. On the second floor are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, which have queen-size beds, en suite bathrooms, and a terrace with a splendid ocean view. This floor also offers an independent entrance from the main level. 

A lovely kidney-shaped pool is nestled on the right side and surrounded by tropical vegetation. Lounge chairs offer several spots to sunbathe while admiring the view. The house also has WiFi, a wine cellar, a gas grill, and French satellite TV. 

Villa WV MBR comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
