Villa Nina is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located on St. Jean Beach within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. 

This villa has its own private art gallery exhibiting original paintings, photographs, and lithographs. A bathroom with shower is located off the gallery, which is perfect when returning from the beach. 

Oversized doors and windows open directly onto the bay with views of the ocean beyond. The air-conditioned living room has a comfortable L-shaped sectional sofa and opens to an indoor dining room with seating for 8 guests. The gourmet kitchen has a unique, long L-shaped breakfast bar with stools. 

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a furnished private balcony, which overlooks the ocean. The second bedroom has a stucco-vaulted ceiling and double doors, which lead onto the terrace and pool. 

The stone terrace has comfortable king-sized loungers, which makes this a perfect spot for sunbathing. Both the pool and Jacuzzi overlook the bay. A second dining area with seating for 10 guests and a sound system is located outside under a covered terrace. 

The property, which is fenced, also has WiFi, a wine cellar, a gated entry, satellite TV, and complimentary soft drinks. Continental breakfast is included. 

Villa Nina comes with house cleaning services seven days a week, and butler, chef, and turndown services. This villa is suitable for young children.
