Villa Case et Cuisine is a 2-bedroom villa located in Marigot within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, this hillside villa offers beautiful views of the bay. 

The living and dining areas are light and airy, and open to a terrace overlooking the pool, garden, and bay. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen from the indoor dining area, which seats up to 8 guests. 

Each bedroom has a 4-poster, queen-size bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. A separate bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom. A sunny, air-conditioned loft, which is furnished with twin beds, a desk, and computer, is available as an additional bedroom for an extra fee. 

The main terrace with its teak table and chairs provides space for outdoor dining. At mid-level, a deck with lounge chairs surrounds a refreshing pool and waterfall. A pergola at top overlooks the sea. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, and U.S. satellite TV. 

Villa WV CEC comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
