Villa Anais is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Vitet within minutes of several beaches. Perched on the hillside, this villa offers privacy, tranquility and all-day sun exposure.

Two spacious living areas have comfortable furnishings. The main living area opens to a well-equipped kitchen and a terrace with an ocean view. A second, larger living room on the first-floor mezzanine has comfortable sofas and a French satellite TV. 

A covered terrace offers a dining table with views of the hillside and nearby islands. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool. 

The master bedroom opens to the pool, and has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the same level and can be accessed from inside. These bedrooms have queen-size beds, a shared bathroom with bathtub, and open to the back of the villa and garden. The house also comes with air-conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi, and a gas grill. 

Villa Anais comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
