Ultimacy Villa Retreat is an 8 bedroom ocean front “Super Villa” overlooking Anguilla’s most famous and beloved beach - Shoal Bay. The property comes fully staffed with an outstanding Chef, Butler, Food and Beverage Hosts, Housekeeping and Security. The owners are Hoteliers - Frankie and Sherille Hughes and the property is extremely well maintained and managed.

Ultimacy’s exceptional communal areas and luxurious Caribbean interiors will give each and every guest the space, comfort and privacy to truly relax. Highlights include a spectacular Pool Deck and Pool House that take indoor/outdoor living to the ultimate level; “The Retreat” - a stunning formal lounge with commanding ocean views that remind many of being on board a luxury cruise ship and “The Snug” a unique and inviting recreation room with traditional bar, antique jukebox, flat screen TV’s and cosy décor. In addition there is a fully equipped Gym, a large and comfortable private office, 3 kitchens, formal and casual dining options and a platform at sea level for swimming and snorkelling.

The property comfortably sleeps 16 people but extra beds can be added at client request. All eight bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard and feature every conceivable amenity. For the convenience of the guests an 8 seater vehicle is included in the package price.

The Pool Deck and Pool House: Guests will enjoy the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living when they experience the Pool House and Pool Deck at Ultimacy. Designed with comfort in mind the Pool Deck provides more than 500 square feet of elegant and effortless living space – with breathtaking views of the ocean. The Pool House with its lounge and bar areas allows for a variety of social functions throughout the day & evening.  Large shade umbrellas, comfortable sun loungers and occasional tables surround the heated pool and deck areas and make for a relaxing day in the sun. At night lanterns and scented candles contribute to the romantic ambience under a starry night. A heated whirlpool Jacuzzi offers the perfect treat for the senses day or night. A wet bar and service counter, private powder room and shower facilities complete the experience.

The Retreat: Ultimacy’s stunning master lounge is located on the top floor. With its breathtaking views of the sea, classically Caribbean décor, multiple seating options and large flat screen TV’s - its luxury and warmth remind many of being on board a majestic cruise ship.

The Dining Room:  Ultimacy’s elegantly appointed, air conditioned formal dining room has seating for up to eight persons.  The comfortable room is perfect for formal or casual celebrations. Enjoy fabulous cuisine from your Ultimacy Chef Vernon Hughes, exquisite tableware, fine wines from our specially selected wine list, and discreet, professional service. Please note there are other patio/and alfresco dining spaces on other floors.

The Snug:  A unique and much loved amenity for our guests - this charming and spacious recreation room was designed with fun and relaxation in mind. The room features a vintage style wooden bar with tall bar stools, multiple seating options for television viewing on a huge flat screen, games tables, a classic Wurlitzer jukebox that evokes memories of days gone by and a computer station with high speed internet connection.

Outdoor terraces: Each floor of Ultimacy Villa Retreat features wide outdoor terraces that offer sweeping views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean meeting the sugar white sands of Anguilla’s beaches.  A marvelous outdoor lounge and dining area – The Terrace - is located on the top floor with dining for 16 and an intimate lounge area where guests can enjoy the easterly trade winds.  Loungers and comfortable chairs can be found on the other terraces and offer multiple options for quiet contemplation and relaxation.                        

Gym and fitness room: Acknowledged as one of the finest private Gyms in Anguilla – Ultimacy’s gym is perfect for the serious fitness enthusiast or just a quick          workout! State of the art equipment includes a wide range of  cardiovascular and resistance training machines: Treadmills, lifecycle, recumbent cycle, step machine, Universal multi functional equipment weight machine, free weights, exercise benches cable network television and  and stereo music. The large room is Air-conditioned and staff will ensure a continuous supply of cold water and fresh towels available.
